Total Glass choose Polymorph for IT Support

Polymorph provide full Information Technology Managed Services (ITMS) support for Total Glass.

Challenge

Total Glass were starting to look at options for supporting the company’s computer systems. They were in search of a forward thinking organisation who could assist with the planned expansion of their company as well as fully managing their IT support.

Solution

Through partner recommendation Polymorph met with Total Glass to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements.

Following an agreed period of information assimilation Polymorph assumed the role of primary ITMS support for Total Glass early in 2014. The transition of support across to Polymorph went extremely smoothly.

Result

All incoming support requests are now logged, like all Polymorph customer base, on our HelpDeskPro database. This allows full monitoring of problem resolution both to our Microsoft and IBM accredited engineers along with full reporting to the end customer.

Client

Total Glass has been manufacturing and supplying UPVC and aluminium products to the construction and building trade since 1981. Based in near Liverpool, Merseyside, Total Glass has built up a reputation as one of the UK's premier providers of windows and glazing, doors, conservatories and curtain walling. The company currently employs over 200 staff and has a large, diverse customer base, covering the whole of England, Scotland and Wales. Its clients include private and public sector organisations, many of them well-known blue chip companies.
