Service overview

End‐user training is an in‐depth offering designed to train end‐users on the basic features available on the Office 365 OneDrive platform. Training covers an extensive list of tips, tricks, and best practices to maximise product adoption and functionality. By the end of the course you will know how to access your OneDrive to upload and manage files as well as share files for collaboration.

  • Web based training session for groups of up to twenty‐five of your Office 365 users

  • Learn how to send and share files with other users
  • Learn how to work together, at the same time as other users, within documents in OneDrive
