Service overview

The Office 365 Skype for Business user training is an in‐depth offering designed to train Office 365 users on the basic features available within the Office 365 Skype for Business platform. Training covers an extensive list of tips, tricks, and best practices to maximise product usage, adoption and functionality within Skype for Business. This half-day instructor-led workshop is intended for delegates who will use Microsoft Skype for Business in order to communicate with colleagues in their role. The workshop will examine the capabilities that Skype for Business provides and, by working through hands-on examples, enable the delegate to experience the communication and collaboration features.
