• Quickly navigate content stored on one or more SharePoint sites using search, favorites, and back/forward buttons.
• Attach SharePoint documents and document links to Notes applications , including email, calendars, task lists, and team rooms.
• Initiate a Sametime®chat with the document creator or other people listed in the SharePoint document fields, and drag-and-drop document links to the Sametime IM window.
• Publish Notes emails and attachments to SharePoint using drag-and-drop capabilities or a Save-to-SharePoint button in Notes emails.
• Access email stored on SharePoint . Notes users can view team emails in their native Notes format, edit, and forward emails, regardless of whether they received the emails directly. Extranet users that have access to the SharePoint site can view Notes emails from their browser, with the document attachments displayed as internal links.
